As a mom of two, I get it. Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s hard to prioritize your needs when everyone else seems to come first. That’s why I created Heldspace Mental Health Services: a virtual space where you can set down the weight of it all and just breathe.
I’m here to help you unpack the stress, navigate the guilt, and rediscover the version of you who feels strong, capable, and whole. Together, we’ll create a plan to help you move through life’s challenges with more clarity and balance.
