When day-to-day life feels overwhelming, finding meaning, connection and authenticity can feel elusive. Layer on the struggles inherent in our current world—family trauma, life transitions, managing life in a pandemic—you name it, and it’s no wonder handling it all can feel impossible.
In my work, I help people navigate life’s murky waters, and the anxiety and feelings of inertia that can come with the territory. Helping people connect with, and stay true to, their authentic selves is what makes my work meaningful. In the therapy room, I am empathetic and compassionate, while not shying away from being direct. I am an observer, a questioner, and an active listener.
I use a relational, collaborative, and integrative approach to therapy, realizing that no one path is right for everyone. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Attachment Theory, and I also draw on other approaches as needed.
