With over 20 years of experience, I have had the honor and privilege of working with people of all ages and from all walks of life. I am always inspired by the human capacity for resilience and change. Born and raised in upstate NY, I received my bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in Human Development and Family Studies and My masters degree from Syracuse University in Counselor Education. I have extensive experience in trauma informed care, PTSD/anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and parenting challenges. I also have a special interest in providing support to family members of loved ones experiencing serious mental health and/or addiction issues. I have an eclectic approach and use evidence and strength based interventions tailored to your needs and interests.
