Therapy is a collaboration designed to help you relieve distress, gain insight, and experience deeper connections with others. Perhaps you feel stuck or that your life lacks passion or vitality. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University and have many years of experience working with individuals facing a wide range of emotional difficulties. I specialize in anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, sexuality and issues of sexual orientation, bereavement, and trauma.
