BS wait time but the office DID accomidate my insurance which IS A HUGE DEAL.

pro:billed me as if they excepted my insurance when they didn't. A miscommunication that is either the fault of zocdocs website for not updating or Dr. John takes a different type of insurance that my insurance company offers....
i was VERY grateful for this accomidation.
zoc doc issues five dollar Amazon gift cards for providing feedback for appointments. yeahy!

unprofessional behavior.... I saw him three times... oops I saw him twice the third was a colleague of his because he didn't show up last minute.
at least one member of his staff does not pay attention to detail/is a little lazy.
on my third and final visit he saw me 19 minutes late which was seemingly because he arrived to the office about 16 minutes late.... I received no heads up about his tardiness. Lord knows I have waited for a doctor a while after my appointment time but at least the guy was in the office and was otherwise held up.... and very importantly it was appointment I had not the second (realllll bad first impression issue here dr john...)
leading up to my fourth visit: I canceled 24 hours ahead of time and before checking the confirmation of my appointment the office called to confirm the appointment I had just cancelled.
getting up voicemail on my phone and listening to it is hardly an inconvenience but theres the principle factor here: attention to detail.... being confirmed for an appointment the day after I canceled was the final straw... i was done paying for this behavior m.... especially after the drama leading up to it, which I am spareing you some other details of.
