When I leave I definitely feel a difference in my lower back and my legs. As far as my hands the heat helps a lot also. Physical therapy is definitely something to look forward to. Dr. Saval shows me new things to do. I try to do also at home. My hands often are numb, sorry so sloppy, hard to hold a pen.
