"Hi, I’m Dr. John O’Connor, a licensed psychologist in New Jersey with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, families, and professionals navigate life’s stressors. I support clients across the lifespan as they work through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, work stress, and ADHD.
My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with empathy, curiosity, and practical tools. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, shift unhelpful patterns, and create a path toward meaningful, values-driven change.
Before becoming a psychologist, I spent nearly two decades running a family business, so I deeply understand how work and identity shape well-being. I hold a Doctorate from Rutgers and an MBA from Columbia, and I bring both clinical skill and real-world perspective to our work."
