I work collaboratively with individuals to identify patterns, develop new coping and self- care strategies, and foster personal growth. My style combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and person-centered techniques. I prioritize creating a safe space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered. Together we will identify triggers, develop healthier coping strategies, and rebuild your confidence and stability. My goal is to also support you in breaking free from problematic patterns and reconnecting with the people, goals, and values that are most important to you. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from University of the Cumberlands, and have over ten years of experience in various clinical settings. I have extensive experience working with addiction and behavioral health.
