I have also worked with his assistant Chaitali Ajudiya who is also sharp, attentive and very thorough. Although I have just begun I am very pleased with their process.

Jon received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York University and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Queens College. Jon’s clinical experience includes orthopedics, acute/sub-acute rehabilitation and adult neurological rehabilitation. Jon has a passion for both neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation and enjoys integrating both aspects into all his treatments. During treatment, he employs Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Technique principles, maximal neural firing and proper muscle recruitment during functional activities. He has a history of treating patients with stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and a variety of orthopedic conditions. Whatever the diagnoses, Jon sees every PT session as an empowering growth opportunity for both patient and Physical Therapist alike. Jon grew up in Brooklyn and plays basketball in the parks, football, tennis and is often biking around the city. When needing to escape the city, Jon is always looking to travel and hike the great outdoors as much as possible. But going to a concert, eating at a deli and hanging out with friends always remind him about the beauty of home. Jon’s dynamic personality, proactivity and keen curiosity have earned him the role as host of SPEAR’s Embrace Your Core podcast series.

Jon is an excellent PT, consistently adjusting exercises depending on how my body is responding for that particular visit. Having experienced a bulk of my recovery via telehealth, I am still right on track in my recovery. He will also fight w/ youre insurance for you, so thats a major plus!
Amazing! Jon is the best. He solved my shoulder pain when no one else could. I had been to 3 PT's prior but still had shoulder pain.
