I’m a physical therapist with a passion for helping people move better, build confidence, and return to the activities they enjoy. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Columbia University and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. My clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, sports and performance, strength and conditioning, running, and climbing-related injuries. My approach combines evidence-based rehabilitation with progressive exercise and individualized strength training to help patients build both physical capacity and confidence in their movement. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy indoor climbing, running, strength training, exploring New York City, traveling, and trying new restaurants and coffee shops.
