My work focuses on helping individuals learn the skills to take back their life. However, I believe in going beyond just treating the symptoms on the surface - I want to help you get back in touch with what is truly meaningful and important in your life, and to be the best and most authentic you.
I am trained in the strongest evidence-based approaches to treating anxiety disorders and OCD: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I will collaborate with you to determine the best approach to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Masters of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University (SMU). I have worked in a variety of settings, including higher levels of care, and with a wide range of disorders before narrowing my focus to primarily treating anxiety related disorders and OCD.
