“I lucked into Josh's office via ZocDoc/Google search and was immediately impressed by the level of support I received. The reception staff was super savvy and accommodating, and the office is modern, centrally located and squeaky clean. (Apparently it's the latest of 20+ Spear practices opened in the NYC metro area.) Josh himself was a consummate professional. He asked thoughtful questions and made a swift, confident diagnosis with a comprehensive treatment plan. He also began my therapy during my initial consultation session and I was so impressed by him I made two months worth of follow-up appointments on the spot. Definitely exceeded expectations based on my past PT experiences. A+++!”

Check in process was great! Receptionist offered to look up my insurance and benefits information to inform me of all charges prior to appointment. Physical therapist was very informative, asked a lot of questions and listened. Overall very thorough and so happy I came here even though they were out of network.

Josh Rieders came highly reccommend to me by one of New York City's top Orthopedic surgeons after I went through a painful and complicated shoulder surgery. In a few short months of physical therapy with Josh, he was able to help me achieve a full recovery. His technique and expertise are truly tailored to the individual. I completely owe my recovery to him! I highly reccommend him to anyone in need of physical therapy.
