We'll work on stress management, emotional regulation, communication, and the deeper “why” behind your reactions-so you feel more grounded, confident, and consistent in daily life. My style is warm, structured, and down-to-earth. You don't need perfect words-just a willingness to show up. I use CBT/DBT/ACT tools for practical change, and I can integrate deeper work (Brainspotting/IFS) when it's a good fit. I also create a dedicated space for men-especially men of color-who want to explore masculinity, culture, identity, and relationships without judgment.
