I had my physical therapy after ACL and Meniscus repair surgery here with Juan Correa. I highly recommend this place physical and therapist Juan Correa for physical therapy. The environment in this place is very comfortable with lots of professional equipments and pleasant music. From receptionist, PTA and PTs, everyone is super nice, professional and helpful. Juan Correa is my PT and I met with him twice a week after the ACL surgery. He is very patient, professional and friendly. I had lots of questions and concerns after the surgery and during recovery time, and not only does Juan answers my questions but also help my to push myself to do more exercises. Almost every time after my physical therapy here, I feel much stronger than before. He is not only very knowledgeable, professional but also a friendly and fun person and we becomes good friends. I really want to thank Juan and this place for the treatments and making my recovery time easier.
Overall I found everyone on the staff to be incredibly helpful and kind. I was fortunate to be able to work on my rehab with the PT Juan Correa, who did a number of things during my reeovery to really stand out as an incredible physical therapist in my opinion. He took extra time during my initial evaluation to really understand how the injury occurred and the treatments I've already tried, he focused on ensuring I was performing exercises the right way and engaging the right muscles to get the maximum benefit and consistently identified exercises that would challenge me. Additionally, he referred me to other pain management professionals outside of the physical therapy specialty to encourage a holistic approach to my recovery, which showed me that Juan wanted to go above and beyond to help my recovery. Overall, I recommend this facility and am happy to say that I am in a much better spot after my sessions with Juan.

Awesome staff, great facilities! I was kind of sad when I was healthy enough that I didn't need to come back anymore!

The clinic was closed and there was no communication.

Excellent facility with friendly & professional, expert staff. I came here for neck and wrist pain aggravated by all the typing I have to do for work. Juan was my physical therapist and he is amazing! Soon after starting therapy my pain became manageable, and after six weeks most of it (80-90%) was gone. Juan was able to identify the muscle tightness that was compressing certain nerves and causing most of the pain. With massage, strength training, and stretches, I was able to recover from years of repetitive stress on my upper body. On top of that the facility & equipment is kept clean and organized. Scheduling for my appointments and handling my billing was easy. I felt like everyone there cares about their clients and genuinely want to help people meet their health goals.
The staff is knowledgeable and the facilities are modern, clean, and spacious for a midtown location. I’ve worked with Juan Correa and would highly recommend him for anyone in need of PT.
Love my visits with Juan, I want him to be my physical therapist and my mental therapist. Gently yet efficiently he is fixing my debilitating neck & shoulder issues. Thinking of jumping into moving traffic to keep seeing him for a while.
Great facility with great staff! Super prompt, they send you reminders the day before your appointments and have a kind social contract about missing sessions without a 24 hour cancellation so no penalty changes! Juan at 57th street is a great PT highly recommended!
Juan is extremely professional, experienced and thoughtful with his approach to physical therapy. I have seen him for two injuries (knees and back) and he's the exceptional physical therapist I've ever worked with! I highly recommend him!
Great and extremely helpful.
Excellent. I made a lot of progress both at the visit & with my exercises at home. He explained everything to make sure I understood.
I have been struggling with a chronic low back/hip/knee issue and my only diagnostic was " this is the muscular chain". I was prescribed with 8 weeks of PT and I decided to go to Spear. Juan treated me and today, I am so happy to say I am at least 80% better! I had a wonderful experience with Juan and the staff: Juan took the time to ask the right questions, test new exercices and therapy techniques, and make tons of research. He pinpointed my issue and we worked on it effectively. He also made my life easier with his flexibility at the time of scheduling appointments. I am so happy of the results! I strongly recommend Spear, especially Juan.
After spraining my ankle in soccer, SPEAR was recommended as the best local physical therapy facility. Juan was able to cater to my soccer and running needs during our strengthen stage and I was back running and playing soccer in two months - hallelujah! The whole team was lovely to be around, always helpful and laughing at my bad jokes (important). I very much enjoyed my time there - aside from the unfortunate reason I had to be there. Would highly recommend!
