I am happy to work together with you to better understand your past while also finding new ways of moving forward in a meaningful way.
I have over 15 years of experience addressing issues related to anxiety, worry, role transitions, loss, anger, parenting, relationship difficulties, and career contentment. I am also trained in Gottman therapy and enjoy working with couples to help them move through challenges and grow their relationship. I genuinely enjoy learning about each person's strengths and values and using those as a focus of treatment rather than solely focusing on what is "wrong" or in need of fixing.
Sometimes a specific issue is causing difficulty and sometimes it seems as if something is just not "right." Maybe you have sought treatment before or maybe this is the first time you are contacting a counselor. That's ok. Therapy can help you define what is bothering you and together we can explore solutions to help you feel confident and productive again.
