Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. Many of my clients come in during seasons of transition: navigating grief, identity exploration, substance use changes, anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck in patterns they’re ready to shift.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work and earned my Bachelor’s degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey. My style is down-to-earth, collaborative, and person-centered. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We tailor the work to your goals, your pace, and what feels meaningful in your life.
As a bilingual (English/Spanish) Latinx therapist, I understand how cultural identity, intergenerational expectations, and systemic stressors shape mental health. Whether you’re working through your past, redefining who you are, or building new coping strategies, we approach the work with curiosity, structure, and respect.
Growth looks different for everyone. Therapy should reflect that.
