Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and family therapy techniques, he works collaboratively with clients to build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and enhance interpersonal relationships. Outside of his practice, Justus enjoys rock climbing, hiking, off-roading, and reading. His adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors influence his holistic approach to mental wellness.
