What should a new client know about working with you?

I have experience working with many areas of mental health, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, adhd, substance use, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ issues. I work with ages 12+. My therapeutic approach utilizes person-centered therapy and inner child work. I also incorporate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy techniques tailored to your specific needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
