My first meeting with Kaiya Fine was great. She was extremely personable and very clear in outlining the process for both the first meeting and for going forward. At the end of our session, she perfectly summarized what I was ultimately looking to achieve, and she used words that were amazingly on target. I’m looking forward to working with her, and to getting where I’m trying to go.?

Kaiya was very friendly and kind. I felt like I was talking to a friend I knew my entire life. It was very easy for me to get my worries off my chest. She put a lot of things into perspective. I did not expect to feel in control as quickly as I did. I wish I did this years ago.

Kaiya is absolutely amazing at what she does. I could not have asked for a better experience for my first time in therapy. She provides a safe space to talk. She listens without judgement, she gives great feedback, and makes me feel seen. She has so much empathy and validates my experiences. If you’re new to therapy or looking for a new therapist i absolutely recommend Kaiya.
