In our work together, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can speak freely, reflect honestly, and feel understood as we explore what’s getting in the way of feeling more grounded and connected. I believe therapy can help you build clarity, strengthen relationships, and move forward with greater confidence and ease.

I bring a calm, curious, and nurturing energy into sessions, holding a grounded space that feels safe while also gently encouraging growth and honest reflection. Outside the therapy room, I’m down to earth and thoughtful, with an appreciation for meaningful conversation and light humor, which helps clients feel at ease and comfortable being themselves from the very start.
Reaching out for therapy can bring up a lot of uncertainty, and it’s okay to take your time deciding. If you’ve noticed patterns you want to understand, emotions that feel heavier lately, or a quiet sense that something needs attention, this may be the right moment to begin. My approach is thoughtful, grounded, and collaborative. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.
