I booked an appointment for 1 o’clock And I was not seen so I booked another appointment at 4 o’clock with the same doctor and I was still not seen. I didn’t get a follow up. I did confirm all information I put my insurance information as well. I called the number they’re available. Nobody answered the phone so I feel like it was very unprofessional. I feel that the experience was terrible. ?
