I use a structured, goal-focused approach to help clients build practical strategies, reduce symptoms, and regain a sense of control. Sessions are collaborative, focused, and designed to create measurable progress. I specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, PTSD/trauma, burnout, and life transitions through a structured, goal-focused approach. Together, we identify clear goals, build practical coping strategies, and create actionable steps to reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and restore a sense of control. My approach is collaborative and focused. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step—especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You may not have everything figured out yet, and that’s okay. If something isn’t working the way it used to, or you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or impacted by past experiences, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to provide a safe space

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am warm, supportive, and easy to talk to, while also providing structure and direction. My approach is collaborative and goal-focused, meaning we work together to identify what is causing distress, establish clear goals, and develop practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life. Therapy with me is not about simply talking through problems—it is about creating meaningful change. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed practices to help clients better understand patterns, build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and increase confidence in navigating life's challenges. In our first session, my focus is on understanding your story, identifying your most pressing concerns, and helping you feel comfortable and supported. Together, we will begin creating a plan tailored to your goals and needs. You can expect a nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, challenged when appropriate, and empowered to make progress at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for every client to leave sessions with greater clarity, practical tools, and a sense of direction. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, PTSD, burnout, stress, or a major life transition, we'll work together to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and in control of your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session is an intake session where we focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying the challenges you would like to address. We'll discuss your history, current concerns, strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and developing a roadmap for treatment. Following the intake, sessions become more focused on the goals we've established. We will work collaboratively to identify patterns, build coping skills, develop practical strategies, and track progress over time. My approach is structured and goal-oriented, while still allowing space to process emotions, experiences, and challenges as they arise. Throughout our work together, we will regularly review your progress, adjust goals as needed, and ensure that therapy remains aligned with your needs. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment while helping you develop the tools and confidence needed to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
