Hi, I’m Kassandra Hodges, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life. I work with clients of all ages facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, PTSD, relationship challenges, addictions, personality disorders, women’s issues, and cultural or racial identity issues. Whether you’re seeking support as an individual or part of a relational system, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems Therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care. Whether we’re working on emotional resilience, communication, or deep-rooted patterns, I’ll help you set goals and move toward lasting change.
I earned my graduate degree from Salem State University and bring years of experience working with diverse populations in both English and Spanish. My background includes supporting individuals and families through complex emotional, relational, and identity-based challenges.
