I love working with women and men of all ages who are pretty successful in their lives but want to take life to the next level. You may only need a few sessions to get where you want to go, or you may want to take a deeper dive into exploring the obstacles you face and the reasons you feel stuck and unhappy. My job, as a successful therapist with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, is to provide you with the help you are seeking so you can one day say, “Thank you, Kate, I got what I needed!”
