My goal is to help patients recover as quickly as possible to get back to the activities that they love to do. I strive to help change faulty movement patterns and correct muscle imbalances to promote recovery and prevent re-injury. I utilize extensive manual techniques, postural training and an individualized exercise program. I believe that individuals can improve their level of health and fitness no matter what level they are at currently.
Kate Nickerson specializes in Spine Rehabilitation, Myofascial Release, Repetitive Stress, TMJ Disorder, Ergonomics, Kinesiotaping, Joint Mobilization, as a Post-surgical Rehabilitation Practitioner, in Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation, and in ASTYM Soft Tissue Technique.
