I specialize in helping individuals navigate PTSD, Dissociative Identity Disorder, and eating disorder recovery with deep compassion and a human-first approach. Together, we'll create a space where you can feel truly safe, supported, and seen-so you can begin to heal, reconnect, and thrive.
My focus
I work with survivors navigating complex trauma, PTSD, Dissociative identity disorder, and eating disorder recovery-especially those who may feel unseen, fragmented, or unsure where to begin. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and human-first. I offer a safe, steady space where all parts of you are welcome, and where healing can happen at your own pace-with empathy, trust, and deep respect for your story.
My communication style
In our work together, I lead with warmth, curiosity, and respect. I show up as a real human-compassionate, non-judgmental, and present- so you never have to navigate your healing alone. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, steady, and deeply supportive, where you are free to show up exactly as you are.
My journey to mental healthcare
My own experiences, and the stories I have witnessed inspired me to become a therapist. I knew from a young age, that being in a field of helping and healing was what I wanted to do. I believe every person deserves to feel seen, safe, and whole. Becoming a therapist allows me to walk alongside others as they reclaim their stories, and their power and discover resilience within themselves. We are stronger together.
