The trip to the facility was about 28 minutes from New Rochelle, NY. The staff was very professional and thorough. My expectations were a wait and see approach but from the very beginning, Kathleen was attentive, kind and understanding. She addressed issues that might be contributing to the overall problem and addressed them as well as the foot problem I went there for. I came in as a 7 on the pain scale and left with a 4. It was my first day but I have the feeling Kathleen will be the last DPT I will be seeing for this issue and maybe the rest of my orthopedic issues that continue to pop up.
I will be definitely seeing Kathleen for the rest of my care. She was fantastic.
