About Dr. Shane Dimasso

Shane DiMasso grew up in River Edge, NJ graduating from River Dell high school in 2014. He attended West Virginia University before completing his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University – New Brunswick. Shane then went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers as well. Growing up Shane played a number of sports and witness many of his friends sustain different injuries. This initially spark his interest in the rehabilitation process involved in returning to sport. He was inspired to pursue a path in physical therapy. Shane has extensive experience treating a number of orthopedic and neurologic conditions. He has treated patients of all ages. Shane also has a special interest in sports related rehabilitation and injury prevention. He uses his previous sports participation and 10+ years of weight lifting background to create targeted exercise programs which address each individual’s personal goals. His goal is to not only help people during their treatment session, but also motivate them to make life long fitness commitments to improve overall health and quality of life.
