I am providing telehealth services due to the COVID 19 outbreak. In my practice I work with individuals, couples and families in order to help people have happier healthier lives. Often people get stuck in old habits and ways of thinking. I can help to facilitate new perspectives and alternatives to create fresh options and ways of being in the world. My Masters is from Antioch University in Clinical Psychology and my doctorate is from Ryokan College (both in Los Angeles). I have additional years of training in Post Modren therapies such as Narrative and Brief Solution Focusd and have worked in multiple dual diagnosis treatment centers for addictions and at the Eating Disorders Center of California. I spent 5 years at Cedars/Sinai's mental health wing transfering with my patients to Olympia Hospital when Cedars doors closed. At The Southern California Counseling Center, I co-created and taught The Empowered Parenting Program and supervised The Abuse Prevention Program (TAPP) as well as facilitating domestice violence groups for many years.
