they sent me four reminders about my appointment at 9am and then when i called that morning they said oh it was cancelled shes not accepting anyone new we called you yesterday. So an appointment i made a week in advance was cancelled 18 hours before and i was not sent an email with this information or a text. I dont understand how a behavioral therapy office cancels an appointment the afternoon before and doesn't send an email. and thinks its appropriate to tell me that she's not accepting new patients, and that was not discovered until 18 hours before my appointment?
