I believe one's mental health is the foundation for overall health and longevity. Feeling seen, heard, and supported are the cornerstones of positive mental health. Having a safe sounding board can be life-changing, and my goal with clients is to make sure they know they don't have to hold life's "heavy stuff" alone. Learning how to reconnect to self, as well as improve communication with others, is a focus when working together. I have been working as a therapist for over 10 years in many different capacities. I specialize in recovery support from eating disorders and other addictions and am passionate about supporting clients with struggles around neurodivergence. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from National University, which has equipped me with the skills to provide compassionate and effective care.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
