I enjoy working with clients who are seeking support through life's challenges, particularly women navigating transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and perinatal loss. I also work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, and relationship difficulties. Clients who benefit most from my approach are open to exploring their experiences, learning new coping strategies, and fostering personal growth. I provide a compassionate, client-centered space, integrating evidence-based techniques to support healing and resilience.
Beyond perinatal mental health, I have extensive experience in helping clients understand and manage mental health conditions while also educating their loved ones to foster supportive relationships. My practice also focuses on effective communication, relationship dynamics, grief and loss, and addiction recovery. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Western Michigan University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide comprehensive, empathetic care.
