Hi! I'm Katie Trent, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience providing counseling, support, and resources to equip and encourage strong, faith-filled families.

I utilize an eclectic approach to best meet my client's unique needs with a solution-focus and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy approach.
My focus
I provide Christian counseling to children, teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of struggles, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional & behavioral struggles, marital and pre-marital counseling, and family counseling.
My communication style
I am empathetic, encouraging, direct, and supportive. I want my clients to feel safe and comfortable sharing openly with me, as if we were sharing a cup of coffee and engaging in conversation.

I've always loved helping others, and have dedicated my life to supporting, encouraging, and equipping people to live out their lives with purpose and passion, overcoming any obstacles, and building on their individual strengths.
