With years of experience as a seasoned professional, I have worked with a diverse population. I have addressed issues such as anxiety, depression, navigating traumatic life events, and complex relationships.
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a MA, I specialize in a wide range of areas including addiction, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, dissociative disorders, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, psychosis/schizophrenia, sleep disorders, somatic symptom disorder, spirituality, stress, and suicidal ideation and/or self-harming. Additionally, I offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer remote sessions.
