Keith McCarroll, PT is the owner of Ascent Physical Therapy. Keith is originally from Connecticut and graduated with his physical therapy degree from Northeastern University in Boston. He moved to Colorado in 1990. After working on the Front Range for a few years he moved to the Vail Valley for good in 1997. Keith started Ascent PT in 2005 in Avon.
Keith specializes in orthopedic physical therapy. He has advanced training in movement analysis, trigger point dry needling, custom orthotic fitting, and ergonomic evaluation. Keith enjoys working with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. He has special interest in injury prevention in both occupational and athletic settings.
Keith is married with 2 boys. When he is not working you can usually find him skiing, mountain biking or camping with his family throughout the west.
