Hello, I'm Kelley, a Licensed Professional Counselor and one of the few registered art therapists in Georgia. I am also certified by the International Association of Trauma Professionals, specializing in treating complex trauma, including attachment trauma, dissociative disorders, and PTSD. My journey in mental health has led me to direct programs at residential and intensive outpatient treatment centers, where I provided holistic and individualized treatment for adults and adolescents, particularly those struggling with eating disorders.
In my practice, I believe in the power of a comprehensive, insight-oriented approach to therapy. I integrate psychodynamic psychotherapy with body-based methods such as art therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing. This blend allows me to address the deep-seated issues related to attachment trauma and help clients reconnect with their true selves.
