I provide expert care to individuals and couples seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, and relationship challenges. My specialization in couples therapy includes addressing issues like conflict resolution, infidelity, intimacy concerns, divorce or separation, and dating difficulties. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Hunter College, City University of New York. With training and experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings-including internships at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health Center and Hudson Valley Mental Health-I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical tools to help you move forward. Using evidence-based treatments such as CBT for anxiety and ADHD, as well as exposure and response prevention therapy (ERP) for OCD, I take an individualized approach to your care. Whether you're navigating personal struggles or relationship difficulties, my goal is to empower you to achieve the growth, clarity, and relief you're seeking.
