Hello, my name is Kelly Cioletti, and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. My specialty areas of focus are individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders.
My approach
I take a very client-centered, motivational, and holistic approach to treatment. I believe in meeting the client where they are and helping them navigate the next steps on their recovery/therapeutic journey.
My focus
I am able to work with adolescents from ages 13-17 and adults 18 and older. I have over 10 years of experience in working with Depression, Mood Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, Bipolar, Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma, Codependency, Grief, and Substance Use Disorders.
My communication style
I like to create a warm, friendly, open dialogue with my clients in order to develop rapport and gain their trust.
My journey to therapy
I am a natural empath, and helping people to become the best version of themselves drives me every day to continue to do this incredibly beneficial work. I am also a recovering Alcoholic and have experience with recovery from Substance Use Disorders as well as Mental Illness. I am very grateful that I am able to pay it forward every day with the extensive experience I have.

I want my client's to be actively involved in their goal-setting process so that we can review them to ensure we are achieving their therapeutic needs.
My first session with you
The first session with me will be very relaxed and focused on being able to get to know one another and develop a trusting and therapeutic relationship. The first few sessions will be used to assess for client needs and develop treatment goals together.
