Sexuality is a marvelous spectrum, and each of us deserve to access all our needs and desires. With the current climate, it can be incredibly difficult to create our ideal erotic landscapes.
I work with adult individuals and partners on desire discrepancy, polyamory, opening relationships, kink exploration, adenomyosis, endometriosis, dyspareunia, vaginismus, ED, exploring queer/gender identities, and changes in libido.
In addition to the traditional talk therapy style, a focus on toning the nervous system through body movement, breath work, tapping exercises, and other somatic activities can amplify the healing experience. This holistic approach typically brings about one of my favorite parts of this work: watching people come home to themselves.
