Too often we struggle in silence when what we need most to heal is the supportive compassion and empathy of others and of ourselves. I weave this compassion and empathy throughout my approach to help clients learn new ways of thinking and being that also help improve their self-compassion; since we are often unfairly are our own worst critics. I work with clients to pick goals to improve functioning and overall well-being; drawing from different therapeutic orientations to individualize treatment to specific client needs. It takes bravery to do this work; and I am honored to support my clients on their journey.
