Welcome to the first step to becoming the Heroine of Your Own Life. Women’s lives are particularly full of the challenges of change. My focus is addressing transition, loss, and change in women’s lives.
I offer Vermont women psychotherapy and counseling to navigate the challenging—and sometimes conflicting—emotions that come with life changes, whether chosen or thrust upon them. I help women become the heroine of their own lives through grief and loss, job changes, becoming an entrepreneur or empty nester, retirement, ending a toxic relationship, or embracing the adventure of an expat life. I also provide skills training in discovering what you truly want, boundary setting, saying “no” to people-pleasing, and rewiring old self-doubts, guilt, and the fear of being “selfish.”
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Union Institute & University and a Bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College, which inform my compassionate and insightful approach to supporting women through life’s transitions.
