I am a licensed mental health counselor and owner of True North Therapies in Stuart, FL. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University. I have extensive experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and families with a variety of emotional and mental health concerns. It is my strong belief that the quality of the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is one of the most important factors contributing to positive therapy outcomes. I endeavor to meet each client where he or she is on their path in life and listen intently to their life stories. My goal in therapy is to empower my clients to face life's challenges in healthy ways so that they may enjoy their lives more fully.
