It was my first visit which is basically a meet and greet she was very attentive and caring which I was looking for , now downstairs were I had to go to sign in was a mess I felt bad for the workers maybe hiring a third receptionist would help it was a full house no where to sit which is good for business but not for me

Please be advised that our office only accepts patients that are located in New York State. Should you reside elsewhere, we will not be able to accept you as a client at this time due to insurance restrictions and due to the fact that all of our providers are based locally and do not provide round-the-clock care in the event of an emergency.
Khrystyna Misyuk is a licensed mental health counselor. She is a graduate of Teachers College, Columbia University, where she had received training in conducting clinical intakes as well as providing career and multicultural counseling to adult clients. Her previous clinical experience includes working in university settings, private practice and non-profit organizations, providing individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy and psychoeducational services to individuals, ranging from young children to older adults.
Khrystyna specializes in working with adults and children dealing with anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders. In her work with clients, she practices from an eclectic approach, pulling strategies from various treatment modalities to form a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to the individual. She also has a special interest in multicultural psychology and counseling, and works with clients from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds. She believes that cultural issues, such as immigration, acculturation, bilingualism, cultural identity, and cultural stigma greatly impact one’s state of mind while also influencing their views of mental health and access to services. In her work she aims to help clients integrate various parts of themselves (race, ethnicity, gender, sexual identity, socioeconomic status) into one unique cultural identity.

My visit was very helpful, I have been seeing Khrystyna since last year. She has definitely helped me through my struggles, she is a great listener & always has availability. I have recommended her to several friends.
