Do you have grief issues and other life losses which have gone unaddressed because you thought you would just “work through it?” Loss affects one on so many levels, not just emotions. Grief is demanding both cognitively and physically. Maybe you are hoping that “time will heal your wounds.” Time will not do anything but what you do with time is what matters.
I believe everyone is capable of finding real solutions to their issues and can develop coping skills that can last a lifetime. What is often missing though is a clear way through. I have many years of experience supporting individuals through life’s transitions and loss. I offer an individualized treatment format that addresses problems from a multidimensional format that is tailored to you. I have had the privilege of 33 years of experience as a clinical social worker. I also serve as a Qualified Supervisor for those seeking LCSW licensure and greatly appreciate providing clinical supervision for the healers of tomorrow.
