Therapy is a highly individualized process: It can be about bringing awareness to challenges you're experiencing and giving you the skills and insight you need to change how you interact with them, and it can also be about reprocessing distressing events so as to be able to move past them.
I work to foster a non-judgmental space for therapy that can allow for vulnerability and honesty. I am trained in and draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and EMDR. I find it so rewarding to work together with someone on exploring, acknowledging, adapting, accepting, reprocessing, and moving through challenges.
