I use a client-centered approach, meaning that I tailor our sessions to be what you need. Maybe that is talk therapy, maybe it’s something more complex like CBT (don’t worry, I’ll explain this before we dive into it!). Our time spent together is about you. For those truly curious, I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State University. I then earned both my master’s and PsyD in Clinical Forensic Psychology from Alliant International University. I have worked with adults who have suffered from mild to severe mental health symptoms. I specialize in treating depression and anxiety, as well as relationship, family, and adjustment issues. As a licensed psychologist, I enjoy helping others and I try to ease their struggles. I look forward to helping you with your mental health.
