Working with Kyle has been great. He is very patient, professional and his friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease. He is responsive to any questions or worries I have, listens to feedback and will adjust the treatment plan accordingly. I look forward to my sessions with Kyle and leave feeling better. I highly recommend him.
Kyle is a really friendly and helpful physical therapist, who took time to understand my needs in the first visit and identified that my knee pain was actually caused by weakness in my hip muscles. This was a game changer for me to learn, and my pain in not gone after a couple months of straight-forward exercises that evolved based on my progress and ability level. I feel that I've gained a lot of overall strength as part of a well-rounded routine, and I feel capable of continuing progress on my own once I finished with my regular appointments.

More about Kyle Veltre, DPT, PT

Kyle Veltre earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Alvernia University in Reading, PA. During his time there, he served as class president and had the opportunity to work closely with the faculty and staff towards bettering the physical therapy program as a whole. Kyle was also an active Division III soccer player during his time as an undergraduate. Kyle’s interest in physical therapy began when he sustained several injuries playing sports throughout his life. He was able to spend the majority of his clinical rotations in outpatient clinical settings, where he gained experience working with athletes of all age groups, post-operative rehabilitation patients, and general orthopedics. Most recently, his time at an outpatient performance institute clinic provided him with better insight on sports-related injuries and rehab. Kyle is grateful for the opportunity to treat a variety of patients, helping individuals get back to their prior level of activity and beyond. During his free time Kyle likes to remain active in soccer, participating frequently in weekend leagues. He is also an avid New York sports fan, rooting for the Giants and the Yankees with eagerness.

I have really enjoyed working with Kyle on my recovery. He is kind, compassionate, helpful and always listens to how I am feeling. The exercise program he has designed for me is really helping me get my mobility back. I genuinely enjoy our sessions, even though they are challenging. Kyle has kept me on track and helps me stay motivated. I'm grateful for all of his help and support.
I almost love my visits with Kyle! He is very knowledgeable, patient, and goal oriented. Kyle is able to pivot and adapt to the symptoms exhibited on a perticular day, and change a course of treatment if needed. He checks on pain levels frequently and does not hesitate to angage in manual work to assess and relieve symptoms. His positive attitide is also quite uplifting. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a serious PT.
Kyle is extremely professional and friendly, he fixed a bad bursitis on my left hip that didn't allow me to walk and also a tennis elbow on my right arm. Even during the total lockdown he guided me through the exercises twice a week by video. I would totally recommend him to anyone!
Kyle is the best. Not only does he sensitively care about me as a person, he has also done an amazing job getting me back on my feet. He's supportive when I'm struggling but knows when to give out some tough love. I feel stronger than ever before and I wouldnt have done it without Kyle and the team of SPEAR!
I had a great experience at Spear, and Kyle in particular was super helpful. I went to PT because I was recovering from a subluxed shoulder, surgery, and having my arm in a sling for several weeks. He was very understanding of my pain threshold and found creative ways for me to regain mobility and strength when I wasn't capable of doing some of the exercises. On top of it he was fun to work with and made the entire experience enjoyable I really give him credit for bringing my arm back to as close to before being injured as was possible.
Dr. Kyle Veltre is an excellent choice for processional physical therapy. He has a great woeking knowledge of biomechanics, and uses it to put togather a clear plan for improvement while walking you through it in a way that is incredibly easy to understand. I've been very thenkful for both his services and his kindness while he helps me strengthen by body.
Dr. Veltre is hands down the best therapist I've ever had. He does an exceptional job of listening to my symptoms and getting to the root of the pain. I've made tremendous progress under his care for both back & knee pain and have appreciated his attentiveness & great attitude. I thoroughly enjoy our appts. and I would stronlgy reccommend Dr. V to anyone in need of P.T. services.
I couldn't speak more highly of my experience at the 30 Broad Street location of Spear Physical Therapy! Thanks to Kyle and the rest of his amazing staff, I felt very comfortable and cared for in such a positive environment. Kyle was so attentive to my running injury and he was there every step of the way to help me achieve my goal. All of the workouts he chose were personally catered to my situation which allowed me to truly track my progression. He is super knowledgeable and amazing at what he does!
I always felt welcomed coming into Spear Physical Therapy on 30-Broad with all of the employees there being flexible for scheduling, friendly, professional and informative, and even more importantly, I knew I was going to leave every session feeling better and stronger. Kyle was always patient with me but pushed me further each PT session to ensure that I was properly healing from my injury. He cared about my overall well-being beyond just my injury and always conversed with me about everyday topics. Overall, I felt that Kyle brought a fresh perspective to PT (challenging me to try new exercises), he prepared me for life after PT with exercises I can do on my own, and helped me feel confident in my recovery by answering all of my questions and providing resources when I needed them. Highly recommend seeing Kyle!
My visit to Spear Physical Therapy couldn't have been better. I didn't know what to expect, but was greeted by a very friendly, professional staff. Kyle, my physical therapist, had the perfect combination of professional and personable. I trusted his knowledge and authority, and at the same time he felt like an old friend. This allowed me to work hard, feeling confident that I was healing, and also enjoy each visit. I appreciated Kyle teaching me as much as possible about my injury, anatomy, and the various techniques and equipment used for therapy. The team's technicians were also top notch and super friendly. I was extremely satisfied with my treatment and the time spent at Spear, and eternally grateful to Kyle for helping me literally get back on my feet and back to a healthy life.
Efficient. Clean. The facility is clean, use of space efficient. You are greeted with a smile and a thermator! Kyle is engaging, knowledgable and explains the treatments and answeres all my questions, Kyle is a good listener and Im feeling better every day!
I am an avid runned and spent most of quarantine staying in shape via running. However, I got this excruciating pain in my knee that prevented me from running. I was able to book an appointment with Dr. Veltre immediately and he was available via FaceTime. He was surgical in his sequence of questions asking me to do certain movements and quickly diagnosed me with strain in my IP ligaments. He showed me exercises to help strengthen that ligament and I followed it dilgently. Within a week, I was running again with no pain. There's no doubt I would have woesen my injury had I not seen him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
