My name is Kylie Ogorek. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Minnesota. I am passionate about working with clients who come from a variety of different backgrounds. My therapeutic approach is collaborative; I strive to show my clients empathy and compassion.
My approach
I often utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and motivational interviewing with my clients.
My focus
I enjoy working with clients from a multitude of different backgrounds and ages. I am particularly interested in working with teens and young adults through all of life’s challenges. Anxiety and depression are two of the most common diagnoses I treat and work with.
My communication style
I am a very compassionate and empathetic provider. I often project warmth and unconditional positive regard.
My first session with you
An initial session always involved a diagnostic assessment. This assessment allows us to discuss your needs and history, while also diving into symptoms and current stressors.
