She holds a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University and a Certification in Christian Counseling from Christian Bible Institute & Seminary. Currently, she is pursuing licensure as a professional counselor in Florida and continually seeks to enhance her skills to better serve her clients. ? Since 2010, La Tanya has offered life coaching services, expanding into Christian Counseling in 2016. Her passion for empowering others to lead authentic and purposeful lives is evident in her transparent interactions, whether in one-on-one sessions, group settings, or large conferences.

I use cognitive behavioral, rational emotive behavioral, solution focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing and Christian Counseling
