I work to empower individuals as they find their way through life's challenges. I strive to create a space that is accepting, nonjudgmental, and authentic, where individuals feel open to share the pain, confusion, and frustrations they are facing. The process involves building connection, validating clients' experiences while exploring different perspectives, and working to find practical tools that clients can use to navigate the obstacles in their lives. Through our work together, I hope clients feel enabled to become empowered, open, and confident in their own abilities and strengths. I believe in looking at the whole person, which includes considering their environment and biology, along with a healthy dose of humor, to assist clients in gaining awareness of themselves. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients effectively.
